All orders placed and purchases made through any available method—whether verbal, electronic, or otherwise are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1.PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

  • Our inventory includes OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket engine parts for various vehicle makes and models.
  • Product specifications, descriptions, and compatibility information are provided for reference. Customers must verify compatibility before purchase.

2.ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

  • Orders can be placed online, or directly at our physical store locations.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email is not a contract. A contract is formed only once we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Products are out of stock
  • Pricing or description errors occur
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
  • Full payment must be made before processing, using accepted methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing options.
  • The price payable for the goods you order, or purchase is as set out on our website at the time you place your order, plus any charges for delivery as advised to you. All prices include the current applicable VAT rate.
  • Prices are subject to fluctuation based on market conditions, and promotional discounts may apply periodically.
  • All transactions are processed securely, and BMS Automotives does not store sensitive financial details.
  • Payments must be fully cleared before orders are processed and shipped.

Any failed or declined transactions may require reattempting payment or choosing an alternative method.

3.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Domestic and international shipping options are available. Delivery times depend on location, stock availability, and chosen shipping method.
  • Taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on customer location.
  • We aim to deliver the goods in accordance with your order usually within the stated delivery time .
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery information. BMS Automotives is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect details provided.
  • “Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same days whereas the ones after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next day, subject to product availability.
  • We offer next day delivery across the UK on all orders placed before 3:00 PM.
  • Estimated shipping time varies based on destination.

 UNFORSEEN DELAYS

While we aim to dispatch goods promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, or weather disruptions.

4. RETURNS

Return Claims

  • If you believe your product is defective within the returning period, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
  • Depending on the nature of the defect, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, at our sole discretion.

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase as stated in our Return Policy.

Required Information for Return Claims

  • To process your claim efficiently, we may request the following details:

    • Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or receipt.
    • Issue Description: A detailed explanation of the problem with the part.
    • Visual Evidence: High-resolution photos clearly displaying the defective part and any visible faults.
    • All returned items must be identical to those originally supplied, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Refunds for unwanted returns may be denied or partially processed if items are not returned in their original state.

            For clarity, “original condition” is defined as follows:

    • Completely unused
    • No stickers, labels, or markings affixed to the branded box
    • All packaging must remain as new, with any original seals intact.
    • No visible marks or signs indicating an attempted installation

DAMAGED GOODS

  • If your order arrives with visible damage, please do not accept the delivery—this ensures the goods are immediately returned to us. In such cases, kindly notify us as soon as possible via email at sales@bmsautomotive.co.uk
  • If you only discover the damage after opening the package, contact our customer service team immediately after the delivery. Please provide your order number and details of the issue so we can guide you through the next steps. For further information kindly refer to our Return Policy.
  • If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, please note that a 25% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Shipping costs and associated customs for change of mind returns are the complete responsibility of the customer as stated in our Return Policy.
  • BMS Automotives provides parts as per industry standards but is not liable for vehicle failures, accidents, or malfunctions caused by improper usage, installation errors, or misuse.
