Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must match the original products sent to you, remaining unused and in their original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. Refunds for unwanted returns may be declined or adjusted if items are not returned in their original state.

To clarify, “original condition” means:

  • Completely unused.
  • Free from any substances such as grease, petrol, diesel, or oil on the product or packaging.
  • No stickers, labels, or markings on the branded box.
  • Packaging must remain intact with original seals unbroken.
  • No visible signs of attempted installation.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Return Process

  • Request a Return: Contact our customer support team via email at sales@bmsautomotive.co.uk to initiate the return process. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including shipping details.
  • Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with visible damage, please do not accept the delivery—this will ensure the item is returned to us. In such cases, please contact us promptly via email at sales@bmsautomotive.co.uk to inform us.

If you discover damage after opening the package, reach out to our customer service team immediately after the delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. To process your claim efficiently, we require clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for return, refund or replacement. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

FAULTY GOODS

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, please note that a 25% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Shipping costs and associated customs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
